An electric awning provides lots of shade, and has LED lighting. 13,500 BTU A/C., power stabilizing jacks, and power tongue jack, delivery and pickup is available.You must be over 25 to rent this trailer and have experience towing trailers. You can tow with a half ton but recommend a ¾ ton truck that can tow over 7000 lbs, and have a brake controller installed. A stabilizing hitch to tow is suggested. We have a stabilizer hitch available at no extra charge. The tow vehicle must have a minimum 2" receiver and 2-5/16 ball. The toy hauling area is 8x11 and includes 2 wheel chocks that will hold 2 full size cruisers.Other things to noteNo mud parks, please!Not responsible for items left in unit.

5.0OmGoodness. Thank you so much. Great experience! Someone canceled on me same day so this was a last minute rental and they were very responsive. They let me know from beginning that they were not able to make it until later that evening, however, when all said and done they were able to drop off earlier than expected. That alone is 5 star experience for me! It was clean. Fully stocked with everything you need. As Mrs. Tammy said, just show up! There were 4 adults and everything worked out great but I did think there was another bed. Description It says sleeps 6, the four of us slept comfortably 2 slept in front queen bed. Overall it was a great experience and once again THANK YOU!!! 10/10 I RECOMMEND!
