35 foot single electronic slide out travel trailer includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living area able to sleep up to 8 guests. Primary bedroom (front) offers a queen short bed with two hanging closets and under bed storage. Secondary bedroom (rear) offers 4 single bunk beds with the ability to turn one bunk into a sitting area with a table, another bunk offers a collapsible infant gate for our younger guests, night stand storage, and under bed/seat storage. Kitchen offers a propane range, microwave, Crockpot slow cooker, coffee maker (filters included), refrigerator/freezer, double sink, and cabinet storage. Dining area has a U-shaped bench around the dining table with under seat storage and is able to be converted into a full short bed. Living area offers a leather couch with under seat storage that can be converted into a full short bed and an entertainment center including a 32” Roku television; as well as, an AM/FM stereo system (with a USB port for device connection and Bluetooth capabilities) with interior and exterior speakers. Exterior offers a full length electronic awning equipped with blue LED lighting to give your travel experience an extra touch of relaxation.What's includedAll pillows, linens, hand towels, dishes, cups, utensils, basic toiletries and RV friendly toilet paper are included along with four lawn chairs, folding table, outdoor rug, and two 20# propane tanks.For additional costs, we can also rent out a generator, ice maker, ice chests, pop-up canopy, collapsible wagon, and cornhole boards. Please do not hesitate to reach out should you be interested in any of the aforementioned items as we would be glad to discuss costs and rental options.Other things to noteOwner cleans and disinfects travel trailer before and after each rental to make sure all of our guests enjoy a tidy retreat. If the travel trailer is returned with a level in the grey and/or black tank requiring the owner to dump the tank(s), then a $20.00 fee will be added to the final bill.
