Glamping at it's best.. Seeking a little refuge in nature without foregoing any of life's luxuries.
Mom will love it because it has air conditioning, forced heat, running water, water heater, flush toilet, shower, bathtub, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, two sinks, beds with memory foam mattress, bathroom air fan ran by remote control. Kids and Dad will love it because it's Camping..What's includedYou provide personal items like bedding, sleeping bags, pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, wash clothes, dish rags, dish towels. toiletries..
I'll provide kitchen supplies like utensils, dishes, cooking pans, glasses, mugs. Also, toaster and air fryer.
Cleaning supplies like paper towels, trash cans and bags, all purpose cleaner, dish soap, broom..
Outdoor items like camping chairs and portable fire pit that runs by propane.
I also have portable heaters and air fans..
The travel trailer does have a outside hitch for hitching your vehicle to the travel trailer.

New tires where bought in July 23' and new batteries where bought in October 23'.Other things to noteThe travel trailer needs to be brought back the day after you rent it by NOON. For example, if you rent it for 2 nights, it needs to be brought back by noon the next day. Also, the travel trailer can be picked up the day you rent it at 1:00 pm or later.
No after dark pick ups or deliveries. You need to call me so I can arrange to meet you.
I have listed this travel trailer for sleeping four, but I have given you the dimensions of the beds so you can decide if you can accommodate more.
The size of beds are:
Upper Bunk- 6' L x 32" W
Lower Bunk- 6'L x 52" W Both bunk beds have 2" memory foam
Dinette bed- 5.5' L x 36" W
Also included is a RecPro recliner that can be used as a bed.
My daughter was a full time Rv'er for over 10 years while she worked for the National Park Service. She bought this travel trailer in 2021 to use as a recreational RV. A 5th wheel she used for her full time home. She took exceptional care of all her rv's.

I rv'ed with my daughter for the last 10 years. She worked for the National Park Service as a park ranger and because of her work I got to see National Parks in California, Nevada, and Utah. My favorite was Sequoia National Park. I love to camp and love Glamping.
My daughter lived full time in a 5th wheel and bought this travel trailer in 2021 to use as a recreational RV. She passed away in 2023 from complications from cancer treatment. She loved the outdoors and wanted everyone to experience what the outdoors has to offer. So as she would say GET OUT THERE...
