I have a 2021 Artic Wolf 298lb 5th wheel, made by forest river. We use this as our vacation home a few times a year and are looking to help other families with the opportunity to explore local camping. I will only rent to people who are going to full hook up sites, as 5 days with no dump will be very difficult for the shower/sink. The 5th wheel has 1 queen bed, 1 fold out full size couch, one Jack knife full size couch, 1 twin bunk, and one full/queen loft (too small of space for adults). It can comfortably sleep 7 but is rated for 9. The trailer has all of the amenities wanted in a new trailer, 2 AC units, solid entry steps, huge shower, electric fire place (when hooked to 50amp) large tv in living room with DVD. We will consider pets on a case by case basis.
Currently the trailer is set up to pull with the Anderson hitch. Being a 5th wheel I’d prefer local delivery for use in: Riverside, Orange, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties.
