Brand new 2022 Shasta 18 ft camper. Vintage look with modern amenities! Has indoor and outdoor shower, stovetop with mini oven, full size fridge, microwave, double sink, retractable awning, sound bar, smart tv, queen bed, plus bunks. A/C and heat is included. There's a 4-person dining booth and much more! Great for couples or a small family. Pet friendly, so you can bring your well-behaved furry friends too :) (Additional pet deposit may be required, but no additional charge unless they cause damage). This is a new purchase for us, so if there is something you think Should be included, but isn't listed, be sure to ask! We do have camping chairs, boogie boards, frisbee, bocce ball and cornhole, upon request. Although this camper can sleep 5, there would be very little room for 5 people AND their belongings, as there isn't much storage space. Please keep that in mind before booking. Feel free to ask questions.
We prefer wknd to wknd bookings, but some mid week pick up or drop off may be doable at times. Our availability is limited, as we work full-time so Please inquire before requesting to book. Thanks!

3 camping chairs, paper towels, TP, some cookware, utensils and dining-ware included. Other items are available as an add-on. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know so we can include extra blankets to cover the furniture (no additional fee)
Recommendations
We can deliver to local campsites or another approved space for you to enjoy your time in the area. Myrtle Beach State Park and Huntington Beach State Park are both great spots. We have yet to stay in other parks nearby but haven't heard anything negative about any of them. You may be approved to take our Coastal Cruiser on a road trip, if you have the towing capacity and experience, as well.
Other things to note
NO smoking of any sort inside or near the camper. It's a small space and the smell will adhere to the walls.
You must be responsible for, and clean up after your pet. That means picking up it's doo, laying down special furniture protecting blankets, ensuring it is house broken and well behaved.
No parties inside the camper. Only the people listed in the rental contract shall enter the camper.
You will pay for your damages.
You are using at your own risk and accept any liability for injury to yourself or your party.
If you are towing our camper, you must be a verified driver.
Inform us of number of guests and pets.
Any pet must be approved by us, must be up to date on flea meds and not left unattended inside the camper.
If you can help it, do not POOP in the camper. We provide toilet bags if necessary. Do not put anything in the toilet besides camper approved toilet paper. You will be charged a minimum of $250 for a clogged toilet.

Any pet must be approved by us, must be up to date on flea meds and should not be left unattended inside the camper. You must be responsible for the clean up after your pet. That means picking up it's doo, laying down special furniture protecting blankets, ensuring it is house broken and well behaved. Do not leave your pet in the camper unattended. Fee of up to $500 if there is evidence of any of these rules not being followed.

No climbing on roof. Fee of $500 for doing so.
Empty gray and black tanks before leaving the campground. Fees of up to $200 if you fail to do so.
Remove all food and trash prior to arrival. There is a broom and swiffer, along with basic cleaning spray, a sponge old towels, paper towels, etc. Excessive mess left behind will incur an extra cleaning fee of up to $200. Any bodily fluids let behind will also be charged a biohazard cleanup fee of an additional $200.
Any tolls will be the responsibility of the driver.
If you put the awning out, we ask that you roll it back in before it rains, before you leave the camper, and before nightfall, as rolling it up when wet or leaving unattended leaves a greater risk for damage. Damage to awning will be your responsibility, up to cost of replacement.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
If the camper needs to be picked up or set-up on a weekday, it will very likely need to be done after 5pm. Returns on weekdays will need to be coordinated during lunch time typically. Please send a msg before requesting to book if you cannot be flexible on weekdays.
Weekends are very flexible most of the time.
