Our 2019 Jayco Greyhawk 31F features a V10 Triton, Ford 450 chassis has E-Z Ride system for comfortable driving and maneuvering. It has self-leveling jacks and is equipped with 1 queen-sized bedroom, 1 queen overhead bunk, a bunkhouse with 2 twin beds, a dinette and couch-conversion beds; sleeps 8-10.There is a full-wall slide that opens up the kitchen area giving you access to a 6 cu ft fridge w/freezer, microwave, 3-burner stove, oven double sink, and lots of storage. Our kitchen is stocked with a toaster, coffee maker, pots/pans, bakeware, drinking cups, travel mugs, serving utensils, plates, serving utensils, a set of knives and flatware.Our family adventurer has loads of entertainment options. The main entertainment center includes Smart TV in dining area w/Blu Ray-DVD player to connect to campground Wifi or your own hotspot. There is a smart TV in the back bedroom, 2 Smart TVs in the bunkhouse, and outdoor connection for cable. You can use the TV antenna as well as cable TV hookup line that we provide.You will find the comforts of home in both hot or cold weather with a furnace and 2 air conditioners. There is also an outside shower, and large patio awning with lights.RV supplies included: flat sheets for all beds, kitchen towels, 4 folding camp chairs, outdoor folding table, broom/dustpan, outdoor skewers, shovel/ax/tools, flashlight/lantern, lg outdoor patio mat, and paper products. (a complete list of all equipment upon request)Our family of 6 uses this rig as our personal RV when not being rented. * Before returning, please clean out all trash and all personal belonging, we will do the rest. There is a $125 prep and sanitizing fee included in the rental. An additional $150 fee can be imposed for excessive cleaning situations.
* Please return with a FULL tank. A $200 refuel fee will be charged at return if not full.
* Please empty black and gray tanks before returning RV. $200 charge will be imposed if not emptied.
* Late return of more than one hour will result in a $200 late fee.
