King size bed, and bathroom with full tub instead of rv size shower. Central heat and air with second a.c. in bedroom. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Delivery negotiable in nearby area as well. I also have a 50 amp portable generator, available for use at unimproved campsites for a daily fee if needed. All rentals include a fully stocked kitchen, bath towels, and linens for the bed and pullout.
