Brand new inside and out. Enjoy the views of outdoors through the large rear window that gives this a very inviting space. 15k btu AC ducted and a 13.5k AC in the bedroom. This thing will freeze you out even in the hottest of Charleston summers. While outside enjoy shade from 2 remote controlled awnings. If you bring your own fan there is a 2 plug outlet outside. 40 inch Smart TV with bluray/ dvd player in the main living area with 2 comfy recliners and a couch that folds into a bed for 2. The 4 person kitchen table also folds into a bed for 2. 4 adults can sleep comfortable in the main living area. 2 more adults will enjoy the Queen size Denver mattress upgrade in the bedroom that sleeps amazing. Even if you're 6ft tall like me. Great all around camper to enjoy the outdoors but still have hotel quality amenities.
