2020 Winnebago Minnie Winnie
Minnie is a Brand new addition to our family. She is perfect for not only planned vacations but ready to go for the last minute adventures. We keep her fully loaded with a list of everything included below. Minnie is a Luxury model that sleeps 7-8 people (7 seatbelts) and is perfect for a large family or a few people that want plenty of space to have fun during these crazy times. If you are looking for the perfect get away then Minnie is your gal. Sleeping: Queen Master (2), Luxury skinny queen size pull out Sofa-bed (2), Over-cab sleeper extra long king (2) u-shaped Dinette/full (2). 1 TV with DVD player located in main cabin area and 1 Tv only in the master. Large Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, air conditioning, heater, restroom with a large shower plus an on board generator. Our Home on wheels comes with everything you need for your entire party traveling like a pretty much fully furnished house...pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, pots & pans, utensils. Even Rv toilet paper is provided in this rental. All you will need to get the adventure started is food, beverages, clothing and a reservation.

RecommendationsWe highly recommend Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the other National Parks in Utah along with the Grand Canyon. Those are our most visited locations around here. Of course there is so many other great areas but I have not stopped hearing amazing things about those locations. For $15.00 you can get the pass for the mount Carmel cut through tunnel from Zion to Bryce and the rv fits on this special pass. Many renters get it. Other things to noteRentals do have a GPS installed for insurance purposes. It is possible for you to store your personal vehicle on our property off the street while renting. Please note that this is a rental and minor cosmetic wear and tear is imminent. If anything breaks during your rental, notify us immediately and do not attempt to make any repairs without our approval. Renter is responsible for all damages incurred during the rental period including damages due to improper clearance above or below unit (clearance 12 ft). Canada or Mexico travel is NOT permitted. If we have to wait more than 1 hour after the arranged pick-up/drop-off time, you will be charged $25 every half hour. If returned more than one hour after scheduled return time, and we have another rental within 24 hours, a fee of $250.00 will be charged. Outdoorsy has a standard 3pm pickup but we do set earlier pickups with renters once booked. Drop-off we do at 430pm.
If you are in a collision and it is your fault, insurance will cover the damages (up to their limits). If it is the other vehicle's driver's fault, you must get the insurance information and contact information of the other driver and take photographs of insurance cards, driver's licenses, A police report, and vehicle damage so we can hold the other driver's insurance responsible. All your information is in your binder.
Our RV Rental will be stocked for 8 guests The Rv Prep Fee $200.00 includes laundering and sanitizing and the final propane fill. All Rentals are expected to be returned in clean condition, as received. An excess cleaning fee of $95/hr may be charged for removal of trash, stains, sand, and mud. Gas, fresh water and propane will be FULL when you receive it and we expect gas to be FULL when it is returned, with grey and black water tanks EMPTY unless you pay the Convenience Pre-Pay refill/dump fee. Remember to empty the tanks at your last RV park. NO SMOKING inside at all, NO roof access, NO shoes on furniture, NO towing and No candles inside the Rv.If unable to travel because of a Covid and your reservation was made after May 1st, 2020, you will be rescheduled for a future available date as cancellation policy in place will be enforced. We retired to Las Vegas 5 years ago and fell in love with the city and surrounding areas. Over the years we have built many memories with our children and grandchildren traveling all over and we wanted to help others create those kind of memories with their family and friends.
