Review summary
Highly responsive and accommodating
Phil quickly responded to questions, resolved issues (door lock), and was flexible with pick-up/drop-off. Some feedback mentioned initial pick-up delays and occasional communication gaps.
Easy to tow and well-equipped
The 21ft camper was noted as easy to tow, even with a Chevy Colorado. It featured effective AC, comfy mattresses, and was stocked with essentials, providing a comfortable space for families.

4.0Wonderful trip! We'd taken it to a family reunion where we had people sleeping in several cabins. I was SO glad we had a separate space to keep our stuff, sleep, and that was air conditioned in 100 degree weather. Everything about the camper was as expected and the price was one of the best of the dozens I'd researched on multiples sites. The owner always responded promptly, though there was a significant snafu at pick-up that delayed us that was due somewhat to lack of communication on my part and also because the owner wasn't entirely prepared at the pick-up time. Having never used a site like this or a camper ever, I do wish I'd been given more information on the pick-up, towing, and drop-off process sooner than the day-of. Had it not been for those two things, I'd definitely have given this 5 stars. Very good camper for a newbie, too.

4.0Both trips were very relaxing and enjoyable. Everything on the camper worked fine. Phil was very polite and helpful getting the door lock issue resolved on the 1st day. Only a couple of things, 1st the queen bed was too high for my wife to reach so she slept on the dinette bed. 2nd, water hydrants at both campgrounds were too far from the rv camping pads. So I purchased another water hose from Branson Camping World on 1st trip.

4.0The Coleman travel trailer I rented from Phil worked fine for my wife and I. We had a litte trouble getting started, but after I remembered the set-up directions from the owner. It has been about a year and a half ago since I used an rv, Phil reminded me on how things work on one of these kind of campers. We had a very clean, tidy comfortable camper and that is the way we left it with Phil. It made our trip relaxing and enjoyable. We both loved the all-electric features of the camper. Thanks again Phil for the use of your travel trailer.
