He even accommodated an earlier pickup time so we could get a head start on our trip, which we really appreciated. The walkthrough was quick but covered everything we needed to know, and he made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. It was clear he trusted us and wanted us to enjoy our vacation rather than spend hours on paperwork and instructions. We had a wonderful trip and made some amazing memories.
