We recently spent a week at South Beach State Park in this trailer. It was a wonderful experience and both the trailer and the host, Tim, were easy to work with. My communication with Tim was clear and quick. We arrived at the park early and he showed up right on time. He clearly went over things with me as he set the trailer up, which helped me to be aware of what could (but didn't) happen. The trailer is only a year old but it was spotless and looked brand new. Everything worked superbly. We really enjoyed using a fridge instead of our usual cooler. The heater took the chill out of the night without needing to bundle up in extra blankets. Our checkout was great. We cleaned it up and gave him a call to tell him we were headed home. He came by and took it down, emptied the tanks, and drove it home. We received an email later stating we left in it in fine shape. If we find ourselves down that way again, we would happily rent this trailer again! Thanks Tim.

Tim and his RV was just plain awesome. We really appreciated how quickly and honestly he responded to our numerous questions. He is based local to South Beach State Park so when the burner unit on the stove top was malfunctioning he showed up in less than an hour and fixed the problem. The trailer was clean, plenty of fresh clean linens/towels/blankets. We will rent from Tim again for sure. Very happy and satisfied with entire experience.
