Jefferson lies on the doorstep of the Ankeny National Wildlife Refuge, a large tract of open farmland that provides vital habitat for wintering geese in the Willamette Valley. In particular, the dusky Canada goose uses its seasonal marshes as their exclusive nesting area while northern shovelers and American coots also frequent the area. Boardwalks traverse the refuge’s wet prairie habitats and there are bird watching locations set up at the Ankeny Hill Overlook and Eagle Marsh Kiosk.

We went to Oregon for our 23 year anniversary.
.Martin and his wife were the kindest couple. We rented their Mercedes Sprinter van . It was perfect; AirBNB on wheels. It was supplied with everything an AirBNB would have. Card games, coffee maker, eating utensils,plates, pots for cooking, refrigerator, shower, toilet, towels, cleaning supplies, vacuum,etc.
The views we saw were impeccable. We drove up and down the Oregon coast down to the Redwoods and back up. We are familiar with camping, and tow our camper back home, but driving a camper on wheels was awesome. I respect how well kept and clean the van was so we wanted to honor Martin and his wife by keeping it as clean as possible.

Fantastic vehicle designed with everything you need. Our family of 4 slept comfortably and everything we needed came equipped including interior tables, utensils, towels, bedding and camping chairs. Battery life was plentiful for our weekend getaway. The vehicle is clean and a breeze to drive. 10/10
