Communication was great! Pick up and drop off was smooth and we had all the information we needed to operate the van. The bed was comfortable and the van over all was very spacious and a smooth ride!

What a fun trip for our family of 5! Very spacious with many sleeping options, queen bed very comfy. Adequate storage. No TV or radio, BYOE (entertainment!). Was very “thirsty” on our trip, 7MPG, doing 70 on the highway. Doug was a great host!
