No smoking in this unit. If there is any evidence that there has been smoking in the unit a service fee of $300 will be claimed from your security deposit.
No pets in this unit due to allergy concerns. If you have a pet on the unit there will be a $300 fine that will be claimed from your security deposit.
If you leave the unit in a state that requires excessive cleaning, a fee will be assessed of up to $300. Please return the trailer in the same cleanliness you received it in. Cleaning products are supplied.
If you are late having the unit ready to be picked up based on a pre-discussed time there will be a penalty fee of $50 per hour.
Maximum amount the trailer sleeps is 8 due to safety concerns
