The R-pod offers you affordable travel at the lowest tow weight in its class. This unit is 1/2 ton towable & towable by most SUV's, crossovers, and vans with a 7 prong connector and 2" hitch receiver. This is a 3,250lbs dry weight trailer and you can expect to be hauling up to 4,000 pounds when fully loaded.
Comes with, pots and pans, Keurig coffee pot, utensils, knives, plates, bowls, broom, mop and linens (Full and Queen sheets, blankets, 3 pillows, towels.I am available to offer Guidance with operation of the trailer and I will walk you through the whole setup so you will have a flawless trip.I rent out in clean and well maintained condition and have detailed inspections after each rental.I'm excited to host you as you spend some time relaxing, exploring and making memories!!What's includedFresh Linens :

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
During daylight hours I can be flexible if needed as my schedule allows. All Check-ins and Check-outs need 30-45 min. depending on your level of knowledge in regards to towing and travel trailer systems.
No pickups the night before or returns the day after due to insurance coverage.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
I will include a manual of tips and tricks that I've learned along the way with your checkin.
Video links can be provided to help with hookup, setup, teardown, tank empty/clean etc.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Most camp sites will provide options for 30 amp/50 amp electric hookup and water. This trailer is 30amp hookup but I will include an adapter to work with 50 amp if that is all that is provided. You won't hookup sewer at the site. You will go to a dumpsite and dump before you return the trailer. There is an added fee of $50 if you do not clean the tanks following your trip. Empty both gray and black water tanks before you travel. This helps with the weight of the trailer.
