We want to be your source for what you need. Going to a concert? Festival? Just on a camping trip and like having your own toilet and shower? Look no more. This camper has what you could ever need for any occasion. Need an extra bedroom for the get-together, holidays, or family reunions? We deliver to your venue and the out-of-town family has a place to stay.
Please take a look at our notes about pets and festivals at the end.We want your camping trip to focus on you having a great time and not worrying about set-ups, tear-downs, and the in-betweens. We deliver our camper to your site and set it up. We will do a walk-through (or video or pictures) and provide directions on the use of equipment.
We follow the CDC guidelines for cleaning before and after you rent. We do charge a $150.00 standard cleaning fee that includes dumping the waste tank after rental. We will charge an additional cleaning fee if our camper is returned to us that would require more than basic cleaning.

What's includedThis camper has an outdoor kitchen with a mini fridge.
This camper comes with a brand-new battery (2022) and two propane tanks. Tanks will be full when we deliver. You will be responsible for filling them during your renting time if they go empty. You can rent a third tank to take on your trip in the Addons section.Cautiously changing our minds, but We do NOT provide a generator yet. But you may bring your own if you prefer. We have had special considerations.
The camper is also solar power ready. Once again, we do not provide a solar power generator so you may bring your own if you have one of those. Please contact us about generator usage.STRICT, STRICT, STRICT RULE:
NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS IN OUR CAMPER!
We will keep your deposit if we detect you smoked in our camper. This is our vacation home. I have bad allergies to cigarette smoke. Please don't smoke. I would suggest not smoking near the doorway or open windows, especially if the wind is taking it into the camper.
We have other items for additional reasonable additional fees. Such as a picnic table, fire pit, portable grills (coal or propane), instant-pot, additional chairs, pillows, a 13x9 screened tent for outside (eating outside without bugs) that can cover a regular-sized picnic table, and more, easy up canopy. We will need to know in advance if you are requesting to rent these as we won't stock them unless ordered.
Our camper sleeps 9 people (10 if 2 ppl get on the couch folded out). A king and 2 bunk beds (double-size mattresses) with a sofa and table that converts into a bed. Please let us know if you are planning on using these as beds so we can make sure linens are available. If you know camping, you know space and weight, so we don't bring it if we don't need it.
The sofa folds out into a bed like a futon. Let us know if you need linens for it. The table converts into a bed as well. Again, let us know if you need linens for it.
BONUS item: this camper has the USB ports already installed in the walls
Once again, we want to think of everything you need for this experience so you can just show up, camp, and make memories with your family.Please make sure you have reserved and confirmed your campsite. Make sure it accommodates a 34-foot travel trailer. It is your choice to run full hookups or just one of the three; electric, water, or sewage.Please make sure of the campground check-in and check-out times. The walk-through when picking up our camper may take a while, so allow ample time to do that as well as us getting re-connected to the truck. We will not be responsible for late check-out fees.
Pets are an additional fee of $20.00 per pet. We have no breed restrictions as long as where you are camping doesn't. We will charge extra cleaning fees for pets making a mess or damaging our camper.
The camper has an automatic awning and outdoor shower.

Kitchen: cooking utensils, eating utensils, dinnerware, pots & pans, ice machine, dish soap, dish towels, pot holders, dishcloths, cups, coffee cups, single serve coffee pot for ground coffee or coffee pods, coffee filters (1 pack). Mixer, toaster, or waffle maker ( We won't supply those due to space but will upon request). Griddle is located on the shelf in the outdoor kitchen.
We are still trying to figure out the TV/DVD player connection (the TV works with an antenna/not with DVD), but the radio works.
We provide a trash can with liners, a recycle can, an under-the-kitchen sink trash can, and a bathroom trash can with liners. Laundry hamper.
Bathroom: towels and washcloths, hand soap, hand sanitizer.
We provide a package of 4 rolls of RV-safe toilet paper. You will be responsible for purchasing more if you need more. Please make sure it is RV-approved.

Our second renters used it during the Secret Dreams Festival at Legend Valley in Thornville, Ohio (our first festival rental).
The third trip took it back to Legend Valley in Thornville, Ohio for the Lost Lands Festival.
Went to the Quarter Horse Congress in October.
The most recent rental used it as an extra bedroom for family during the holidays so they did not have to drive 10 miles to the nearest hotel (we thought that was pretty smart).

We know what it is like to have to leave our fur babies behind. That is why we want to offer you the chance to bring them. But, if they don't travel well, you will need to take precautions and be responsible for damages.

We don't want to overcharge the deposit because we know that money is upfront and good renters can't always afford it. We try to keep it reasonable. WE have had FIVE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL FESTIVAL renters so far that respected our camper. We ask that to continue so we can keep the deposit fee down. PLEASE HELP US KEEP IT THIS WAY. If you rent our camper (especially for festivals), WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE DO NOT TEAR OUR CAMPER UP So we can continue to rent to festivals and keep a reasonable deposit. This is our vacation home as well and we rent it out just to help pay for it.

Pets are an additional fee of $20.00 per pet. We have no breed restrictions as long as where you are camping doesn't. We will charge extra cleaning fees for pets making a mess or damaging our camper.

Mixer, toaster, or waffle maker ( We won't supply those due to space but will upon request). Griddle is located on the shelf in the outdoor kitchen.
We are still trying to figure out the TV/DVD player connection (the TV works with an antenna/not with DVD), but the radio works.
We provide a trash can with liners, a recycle can, an under-the-kitchen sink trash can, and a bathroom trash can with liners. Laundry hamper.
Bathroom: towels and washcloths, hand soap, hand sanitizer.
We provide a package of 4 rolls of RV-safe toilet paper. You will be responsible for purchasing more if you need more. Please make sure it is RV-approved.

NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS! This is probably the Number one rule we will not negotiate on.
We will keep your deposit if we detect this rule was violated. This could also potentially cause us to raise our deposit rates.
PETS:we LOVE PETS.. but,
We will charge extra if pets damage, pee, pooh, or vomit in our camper.
It is hard to get those odors and stains out.
Please be mindful of this.
We know what it is like to have to leave our fur babies behind. That is why we want to offer you the chance to bring them. But, if they don't travel well, you will need to take precautions and be responsible for damages.
ABOUT RENTING FOR FESTIVALS!
We don't want to overcharge the deposit because we know that money is upfront and good renters can't always afford it. We try to keep it reasonable. WE have had FIVE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL FESTIVAL renters so far that respected our camper. We ask that to continue so we can keep the deposit fee down. PLEASE HELP US KEEP IT THIS WAY. If you rent our camper (especially for festivals), WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE DO NOT TEAR OUR CAMPER UP So we can continue to rent to festivals and keep a reasonable deposit. This is our vacation home as well and we rent it out just to help pay for it.

We have been married for 22 years and have 3 adult daughters, one teenage son, and the best grandchild ever. We enjoy camping but not outhouses. I just want my own indoor plumbing, so changes needed to be made. We want to enjoy camping for years to come and my potential goal is to live full-time in an RV. Perfect camper, wonderful experience!! Deborah has this camper STOCKED with everything you could possibly need, and then some! It was SPOTLESS and had plenty of space for all of us to move around in. She was EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE and delivery and set up was perfect. Can’t wait to rent this camper again for our next Ohio vacation!

Deborah was an awesome. Her and her husband were there to meet us and set up right away. We had a generator issue that they took care of immediately. I highly recommend renting from them. They are amazing. The camper is great. We were three old guys and each had our own bed. It worked out great.

The RV was the perfect size for our family of 3 and our pup, Kobi. It had everything we could need and more. The owners were wonderful to work with and were very attentive. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying with them again next year.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are very flexible. We both work and understand evening dropoffs and pickups during the week. Just make sure if you are at a campsite, that their hours are within the times. Especially the checkout hours.
Q.Are you only offering delivery and pick up to the site?
A.
Yes, We are currently only offering delivery and pick up to and from the site. We are not currently offering or letting any one else tow it. This helps peace of mind for both parties involved. We will deliver it, set it up, and then pick it up when the rental time is over.
Q.Do you provide any other items for rent?
A.
Yes, we offer a variety of items for additional one time rental fees.
For example, if the site does not have a picnic table, or fire pit, we can provide those for an additional fee. We can rent extra chairs, cooking items like an instant pot or crock pots. We can rent out portable grills (gas or coal). Just let us know your needs and we will quote the prices of the items

Yes, We will currently deliver to anywhere in Ohio. We charge $3 per mile.
