Brand new in 2020! Extremely clean, great layout for family of three or couples!
Power awning 12” and ultra light (UVW 2908lb) - makes setting this beauty up simple and quick!
A queen size bed located at the front of the trailer and the dinette table folds down to make a third smaller bed (perfect for kid).
Lots of cupboards for storage of clothes, food, etc. fridge with freezer, 2 burner stove.
With Covid-19 this season, we decided to provide the trailer as clean and empty as possible to ensure the safety of our guests. If there is something you think you’ll need, just ask.
Fully cleaned and sanitized before each rental.
Well mannered furry companions are always welcome!

With Covid-19 this season, we have decided to provide the trailer as clean and empty as possible to ensure the safety of our guests. For that reason, we suggest all guests to bring their own bedding, and other necessities you wish to have. We include RV toilet paper, septic treatment, electric hookup, water hose, Full Set of leveling blocks, and clean mattress with cover.
(Please bring your own bedding (SLEEPING BAGS and PILLOWS) It's hard to make the bed up with sheets. We will have a clean mattress pad already in place when you pick up the trailer.)
We may be able to include below for you as per your request, just ask:
1.Folding Camp Chairs (2)
2.Dinnerware (3 sets: forks, knives, spoons,Plates,bowls, mugs)
3.cookware: pots & pans, spatula
4.cutting boards
5.can opener
6.Beverage cooler 2 gallons
7.trash can & trash bags
8.First Aid Kit
9.hand sanitizer
10.Weight distribution hitch

The trailer is super cute!
It’s small but has everything you need for a simple camping getaway.
The trailer was exceptionally clean- appeared brand new. The owners stocked the RV with essentials (paper towels, toilet paper etc.)
The owners are amazing- we have already planned to rent from them again.
