Hey Everyone! Thanks for taking a moment to check out my sweet little Perris Pacer. I became obsessed with these little campers several years ago and finally was able to get my hands on one. I tend to be camping most weekends rain or shine and this little camper makes things much cozier during the winter months. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

Renting out my super cute 1988 Perris Pacer. Everything is in great condition with running water and new propane gas range. I sterilize everything with Clorox wipes before pickup. Dinning table converts into a double size bed which I recently added memory foam in the cushions to make it super comfy. The couch also converts into a bunk bed for the kiddos. I'm 6'1" and have actually slept in the bunk. It was snug but still really comfortable!
This is a fiberglass camper and is extremely light with a dry weight of about 1000 lbs. But I'd feel most comfortable if you had something rated with at least a 2000 lb towing capacity.
The tow connection is a 7pin round connection and I have an adapter to connect to 4pin flat. I have an adjustable receiver you can use which will fit most heights. Comes with two tanks of propane. All lights and electrical are working properly. I installed a two way Fan-Tastic electric vent fan and a new 12 gallon water tank. Also a new truckfridge and a Camco Olympian Wave 6 propane heater that works great! Along with a 400w stereo with an aux cable connection.
Please read some of my recent reviews and I look forward to hearing from you!

Great communication and cozy little trailer that gets lots of attention. Had an easy time towing and operating. Bed is very comfortable and the insulation kept us warm without using the heater.

Our weekend in Bradley's pacer was great! The trailer tows well and is a great size for a small family, everything inside was clean and worked as he described. Bradley was responsive and kind during pickup and drop-off.

Very easy and cozy rental— Bradley was super great to work with and showed us all the ropes! Our kiddos just LOVED it.

We had a wonderful trip to the coast and the Pacer was just the right camper for our needs. We own a 16 ft. 1972 Shasta Airflyte, but it needs some repairs so we wanted to try something smaller.

We're new to RVing so we rented for only two nights and camped at the coast but even my skeptical camper wife enjoyed it. The unit was easy to tow with my Outback, the bed was comfy and we stayed plenty warm despite some chilly nights. The new cooktop and refrigerator are great! And when we had questions, Bradley responded quickly to our text messages - when we could get a cellular signal. :-) I noticed other campers eyeballing the trailer to check it out, 'cause it's so cute.
