We have a double King bed 1999 Coleman Fleetwood Mesa "PUP" (pop-up) tent trailer camper for rent. It includes heat/thermostat but no AC unit. Working small fridge, has water tank, hookup (standard grounded hookup), outdoor shower if you choose to fill the water tank. Propane heater. Inside, it has a dinette and bench that also convert into smaller beds in addition to the king beds on each end. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults, but could sleep 6 with 2 smaller kids. Recovered cushions, original blackout curtains, all bed linens included, cutlery, camp stove, cast iron cookware. It comes fully stocked with everything you need (except beach towels). It also has bike racks on top of roof for 2-3 bikes. Dogs ok with extra cleaning fee. We love "Mesa" and still use her often!Here is her user manual for technical and towing questions.We tow her with an Audi Q7.
