2006 Other Sprinter
This 2006 Sprinter is all decked out and ready for your big adventure!
It has an almost-king-size bed as well as a separate space for a baby or smaller child to sleep. It has a mini fridge, propane 2-burner stove, full cooking supplies, awning, Tons of storage and counter space, party-ready Bluetooth stereo system with subwoofers, solar panels and battery power so you never have to plug in (although you can if you want!). The bed turns into two sofas that face each other. There are two big front seats and seatbelts on the two rear sofas for a total seating capacity of 4 (rear seats can be used with rear-facing kid's car seats). Bed linens and pillows, kitchen supplies (including propane), full 3-gallon fresh water tank, a folding camp table and up to 4 camp chairs are all included!
Just ask if you have any questions! What's includedAutomatically included in your rental are: clean bed linens, 4 pillows, hand towels and wash cloths, up to 4 camp chairs, camp table, plates, bowls, cups, pot, pan, silverware, kitchen utensils, paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, propane for use with the stove, 3 gallon tank of fresh drinking water, USB plug for charging devices, coffee and pour over cone, selection of tea, tea kettle, basic cooking supplies (salt and pepper, olive oil, hot sauce, etc), fire extinguisher.
Upon request: pack 'n' play with clean sheet, baby high chairRecommendationsOne hour east of Portland is Mt. Hood National Forest, which offers abundant free dispersed camping as well as countless campgrounds with all levels of facilities. 90 minutes west of Portland is the gorgeous, rugged Oregon coast, which also offers hundreds of camping options, both in the forest and on the beach. The Columbia River Gorge is less than an hour away and is a must-see for visitors to the area.Other things to noteThe van has two regular front seats, and the rear seats are slightly reclined and only have a ratcheting lap belt. For a longer trip, the rear seats would not be the most comfortable for an adult because you kind of slide down over time. They work great for rear-facing car seats, however. The sleeping arrangements consist of one large bed that can sleep 3 adults cozily or two adults with plenty of space, and one smaller sleeping platform that is perfect for a toddler or small child (under 50 lbs). We will make up the small bed upon request- otherwise it is a storage platform.
Please note: the bed is shorter than your typical bed, but there is room to stick your feet off the end a little if you're tall!

Amenities
After years of scheming, we had a baby and decided to show him North America! We spent 4 months living in our Sprinter van, hopping from National Forest to BLM campsite to (occasionally) Wal-Mart parking lot. We covered 11,000 miles and saw some absolutely incredible things. Now we're home and love taking the van out for last-minute camping trips to Mt. Hood or the beach, but want to share the awe and joy we got from our Big Trip.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
If I don't have back-to-back rentals, I'm generally pretty flexible on pickup and dropoff time. Please contact me ahead of time if you prefer pickup and dropoff other than the standard times (4pm and 11am). Please be aware that between a walk-through, signing contracts, and the Outdoorsy-mandated driving lesson, you will spend about 45 minutes with me before taking off on your trip, and budget time accordingly. Thanks!
