Roadtrek Simplicity 19 foot Promaster (like sprinter)

Class BPortland, OR
5 guests
Sleeps 2
19 ft. long
Offers delivery

This is a 2018 Roadtrek Simplicity. It's a 19 foot van so it drives like a car but it includes a Toilet, Shower, Full Kitchen with sink/microwave/stove and a large fridge. The van sleeps two comfortably in the back, and can safely drive 5 people when the bed is not down.

What's included

It has a shower, bathroom, fridge, stove, seats that turn into a bed, solar panels and plugs. Two comfortable camp chairs come included to sit under the awning. There’s a kitchen set: fry pan, pot, knives, utensils, cups and cutting board for cooking on the stove. 2 bath towels and a mat for the shower. 2 pillows and a down pillow top for the bed, sheets, and a gray quilt.

Recommendations

There’s lots of BLM land open in The Pacific Northwest, since this camper is self contained, it’s easy to get out into the wilderness. A really cool rule in Oregon, is that if no overnight or no camping is not posted, you can stop for 24 hours. There’s lots of places to stop. 2 apps are useful: All Stays and Public Lands to help you find nice places to stop and camp.

My husband and I had never traveled in a camper van (or any kind of RV), so we were extremely nervous to take this weeklong trip in Bradley's van. We LOVED the trip and the flexibility of van life, and we already want to plan another trip. Bradley and Laurel communicated extremely well before and during the trip, they left helpful notes around the van, they wrote great instructions that we referenced throughout the trip, they sent a useful video about the van so we could prepare, and they provided some above and beyond care at the end of the trip (more on that later). I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

This was our first time renting through Outdoorsy, and we had a great experience. We rented a camper van from Brad and Laurel and couldn't have been more pleased. It was well equipped with all that we needed, and they were very friendly and helpful to explain everything we needed to know about the van. Picking it up and turning it in went very smoothly. We give them an enthusiastic recommendation!

Brad was super accommodating with pick up and drop off! The van is totally stocked with essentials and Brad even put on a bike rack in case we rode. Solar panels were awesome. Driving easy. Love how the front seats rotate and everything that really matters in camping worked. Wish the bed was softer, but it is a futon type bed and that’s how they are. Very cozy! Great for the “van life”.
