"Falcon" is a 35' 2021 Coachman Encore 325SS, with Tons of storage, 3 TV's. Our coach is very new and we regularily take it out ourselves. We have created an instruction book specific to our RV to make things easier for you. This is our second RV and we were full timers for 2 years with our previous RV. RV's are not difficult but the amount of information can be overwhelming when not accustomed to taking out an RV frequently. We have a Supplemental Rental Agreement to clarify particulars with the RV. We also have an Inventory List to clarify what items are included and help with your planning. Both our available on our facebook page @mobilcabin

What's included

Includes Hoses, extension cords, everything needed to operate RV. Includes place settings for 8. Basic Kitchen Set up Pots, Toaster, Coffee maker (single K-Kup), Cooking Utensils. Outside Barbeque and griddle. Basic Linens Set of towels for 4 (Towel, Washcloth), Linens for King Bed, (2) sheet sacks (like a leeping bag but just a sheet) for both Bunk and converted dinnete.. We have a complete inventory list on our website, subject to change.
Our intentions is to have the Falcon ready for a family of 4 to be able to fly in to Portland, with clothes, and be able to take off in the RV after a grocery store visit and be able to camp. We do make adjustments to inventory based on feedback and continually try to improve the experience. We also update the RV and will continue to as time goes on. Items are subject to change but our intent is to provide more, not less. We will be in contact a week before your departure to clarify items and to final coordinate destination, pick up times, etc.

Recommendations

Nothing better than taking an RV to the coast. Even in Winter.
Summer time opens up the mountains and Central Oregon.
Every Climate is only an hour a way from Portland.
If you are staying at a state campground in Oregon be sure to book early as the sites fill up quick.
We have already set up calendar reminders to reserve our personal state park reservations for 2022.
Festivals and tail gating need to be discussed but "Falcon" has seen Phish and Dave Mathews at the gorge so we are flexible. One of my favorite things I ever attended in an RV was a superbike race and it was AWESOME.
Will ask questions about your destination but it is to help planning and making sure the rig is appropriate for your trip as well as set expectations. RV's are NOT hotels. Tanks fill up unexpectantly and you will have something to figure out while on your trip.

Other things to note

Off season discount in addition to discount at 7 days and additional discount at 30 days.
Pay attention to the rules portion. This is our personal motorhome and we have this side business to help defray our cost of ownership. With that in mind we expect it to be returned in same shape that it went out. We don't expect the outside to be washed or the floor to be mopped to perfection, but it should be well swept, chairs should all be clean. We do provide shop vac and most cleaning supplies to keep it fairly clean.
We provide a supplemental rental agreement and guidebook to further clarify, both documents are available on line in addition to more in depth information. We will try and send this additional information to you for your review about a week before your departure date.

(2) Boys, (1) Pug, Wife plus me. We spend a lot of time camping. Our trips for the next year are pretty much all camping trips thanks to COVID, but having an RV makes it super nice. Our favorite place to go is Cape Lookout, but it's also hard to get a reservation there. Oregon State Parks are AWESOME but they are popular. Probably harder to get a campsite than an RV.

Amazing!! This RV has everything you might possibly need. My only complaint was the weather. Our trip was cut short due to rain but we still put those impressive awnings to use and the available seating made it much more comfortable to entertain inside. Just wish we had sun so we could try out the outside kitchen and tv.
We still made use of the ice machine and bbq. Seriously, everything you need except your food/clothing has been provided.

This coach is a piece of luxury. It’s that simple. It’s clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. Working with James, the owner, was a pleasure at every step of our rental. He responded quickly to the request and was very helpful at every step from then until return. I highly recommend renting this coach.

Have a question?Get answers directly from the owner

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
We include a guidebook in the RV and update it with any questions we have thought of or questions we have received.

Q.What is an SRA?
A.
Outdoorsy has a fairly good contract that will protect all parties in terms of any issues. Many items are left to arbitration so as to be able to cover a wide variety of vehicle types and situations. To clarify certain items we have a Supplemental Rental Agreement that clarifies and tries to address issues with out particular RV before they may happen. i.e. Awnings are fragile and expensive to repair, they are also not covered by insurance and damage is likely to exceed your security deposit.
