What's includedWe provide linens, pillows, towels & washcloths, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, kitchen knives, can opener, wine/bottle opener, coffee maker, salt & pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, vacuum, cleaning supplies, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, first-aid kit, outdoor folding table, outdoor entry rug/mat, tank chemicals, blu-ray/dvd, outdoor grill, grill utensils, beach towels, and four camp chairs.Other things to notePrior to return, the rv should be clean with gas tank filled. Black tank (sewage) and grey water (waste water) tanks should be emptied. We are happy to perform these tasks for a fee.Due to safety concerns, the roof is not accessible.Please do not leave the unit unattended when the awning is out. If it is raining the awning should be tilted to allow water to drain off. In moderate to high winds the awning must be retracted so as not to damage it.

5Had an amazing 12 day trip and Ken and Sarah’s motorhome and our experience with them was a big part of that!!! The rig was in tip top shape and so well-stocked with the necessities. Will definitely rent from them again. Couldn’t have been more seamless! Thank you so much!

The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed—cookware, utensils, dishes, and even thoughtful extras that made meals on the road so easy. The bedding was clean, cozy, and plentiful, making our nights comfortable and stress-free. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating—quick to respond, helpful with walkthroughs, and clearly cared about making sure we had a great time. We would 100% recommend this RV to anyone and would absolutely rent from them again. A truly memorable trip thanks to a wonderful rental!

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Yes. We will provide instructions on the set-up and take-down process to hopefully help with any questions that arise. There are steps that must be followed for easy set up and take down. We also will give instructions on the method for filling the gas tank as it is not clear how to do it.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

We will provide instructions that you will keep for your trip as well as give a walkthrough to indicate the best process for managing the tanks.
