When you're off the grid the solar panels provide enough power for your lights and refrigerator, and the gas generator will power your Air Conditioning and heating. This model has tons of space for clothes and supplies and even a 2ft cargo area for bikes, surf boards or other toys. Rules and policies
Renters are responsible for any issues that arise that were not caused by normal wear and tear or manufacturer defects. Ex: A flat tire due to running over an object on the road, or breaking a handle or drawer by using too much force or turning it the wrong way will be the responsibility of the renter.
Renters are responsible for maintaining all fluid levels in the unit. (Fluids are checked by owner before rental)
There will be a $50 charge per hour if the vehicle is not returned on or before the agreed upon time.
No smoking in unit. [$150 minimum charge plus cleaning if evidence of smoking is found in unit]
Only dogs and cats allowed, no other animals. Max two pets under 50 pounds each.
If gas tank is not full there is a $30 + cost of gas charge.
Propane should be refilled if used. $30 + cost of propane if fill up required.
Do not wear shoes or wet clothes on beds or any other fabric. If fabric is stained by mud or other substances a cleaning fee will apply [$100 minium]
If vehicle is returned in an unrentable condition owner reserves the right to charge for loss of use while repairs are made. Charges will be based on the cost of cancelling or compensating future rentals.

If vehicle interior is not in similar condition to the condition at pick-up a cleaning fee will apply at a minimum $100 plus $60/hr

Can 4 people really fit in this van?
A.
Yes! Four adults can sleep very comfortably in the van, however, when you are not sleeping the interior space could be very crowded if everyone is walking around at the same time. I would only take four adults if each person is an experienced, outdoorsy person who knows how to pack light, and work with less. Otherwise, the space works very nicely for a couple who is sleeping on the roof and leaving the entire "main floor" of the van as living space.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
I've included a 110v power cable a 25-ft water hose, and a sewage line that you can connect while at a campground. It's just as easy as plugging it in, and you'll have unlimited power and water while you're at the campsite. When leaving the campsite, fill up the 21-gallon water tank, and make sure the battery is fully charged. You should have a few days worth of juice for your off the grid journey.
