“Home is Where We Park It!”Thank you for your interest in Historic Properties of North Carolina Camper Rentals. Please read all details of the listing carefully before messaging me, as I will address almost any question you may have below. I do work all day on Saturday, Sunday & Monday, so my response time on those days may be a little delayed, but I will get back with you as soon as I am able to!This listing is for the rental of our super cute and compact, but immaculately clean 19 foot FunFinder Travel Trailer. This camper sleeps 4 and has one queen bed, a twin bunk that folds down, and the kitchen table converts into another twin bed. This camper is approximately 2400 lbs dry, so there should be no issues towing it with any truck, SUV and even some minivans. This camper runs on a 30AMP plug and can be plugged into any outlet to run AC and heat. Additional power usage may require special hookups to avoid tripping a breaker. We also offer local delivery and setup, at your residence or campground. This camper is currently being stored in East Raleigh if you would like to view it before making a reservation.When messaging about the camper rental please include the following in your message:1) The number of people that will be staying in the camper and their ages
2) How long you are looking to rent the camper for
3) If you intend on taking a road trip and towing the camper yourself
4) Where you intend on parking the camper and does that place have access to electric, water, and sewage clean out
5) If you have any pets, and include sizes and breeds*Until I have all of this information, I cannot move forward with any type of reservation*** There is a strict NO Smoking policy for all of our campers. If you do smoke, please do so outside away from any open doors or windows. Non adherence to this policy will subject you to paying a $500 cleaning fee**All of our campers make great vacation rentals; however, we do offer special long term lease options, so please ask for additional information.I also require that all guests leave the rental in the same condition it was delivered in, so please take out all trash, wipe down all surfaces, put everything back in it’s original place, and notify us immediately to any damages or other issues you may be having. **Failure to do this may subject you to paying a cleaning fee and forfeiting all deposits.**The camper pictured is the only thing included in the above rental pricing and I do not have a lot for you to park it on. Utilities are NOT included in the rental price and you will have to find your own place to park the camper and hook it up. If you need to park the camper somewhere that does not have access to water, electric, or sewage clean out, you will be responsible for filling up all propane and fresh water tanks and disposing of all wastes. Sewage clean out can be scheduled for $50/cleaning.
