Luxurious, fully equipped, marble floors, toilet, sink, shower, full size refridgerater, dishwasher, 4 TVs(3 inside, 1 outside)(requires hot Wifi (your hot spot or ?) for the supplied Roku). Love seat and wrap around sofa and captains chairs, 1 recliner. 1 king size bed, 1 full size inflatable bed and 1 full size fold down bed. Dining area has booth seating. Extremely comfortable on the road, drives like a dream. Cummins 380 diesel engine with Alison transmission. Will pull your boat with ease.What's includedFresh linens provided, outside folding chairs (2 zero gravity, 2 patio and 2 beach chairs) full size electric refrigerator freezer with ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, convection/microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric induction range (requires magnetic pots and pans aluminum wont work), 6" and 10" frying pans, plates, bowls, eating utensils, and more.RecommendationsYou will be most comfortable in any RV park with full hookups (50amp electric/water/sewer) with all the comforts of home. Or dry camping at the beach. These are our most favorite ways to camp. We love cruising the California and Oregon coasts.. Great for special events like Reno Air Show or Sonoma NASCAR races.Other things to noteExpectations: RV is fully cleaned inside and out for your rental. We will take care of the laundry (sheets and towels). Expect you will leave it as you found it on the inside. We will take care of the outside*. No pets, no smoking, no vaping of any kind allowed.* Normal use cleaning only. Additional fees maybe applied at discretion of owners.

What a great experience with this Coach, truly luxury at its finest. This coach was in immaculate condition and should be advertised as new. The experience from picking up coach to dropping off the coach, the owner Joe was great from start to finish. Joe was awesome explaining everything down to the last detail. Joe was available at anytime if I had questions about coach or needed any assistance on the road. I know this is Joe's and his wife's baby, our family was blessed to take this on the road and create the memories we did. Thank you for the use of your coach and how much pride you take keeping this coach nice!!
