Fun little trailer! Easy to pull with smaller vehicles. Has a fun open space, with a kitchen, stove and microwave! Fridge, heater and A/C work! Small wet bathroom with a shower. Water tank isn't large would suggest camping with full hookups! Does have an outside cooking grill that connects to the propain.**Repairing the water heater, no hot water as of now. Not sure if awning fully functioning, I will be fixing this soon as well.What's includedI do have some camping chairs I can include if needed.RecommendationsWe live close to Lake Tahoe it's less than an hours drive to some really great camping and scenery!Other things to noteNo smoking

Fees
- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $100.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Refilling propane and dumping if not returned as it left. Will reduce cost to $50 if returned in same condition!

This is a great little camper and was exactly what we needed for our trip!
Curtis was wonderful to interact with and answered all my questions and
helped me greatly in planning for my trip. The camper was clean, had all of
the necessities needed to use the trailer properly, and had almost everything
you would need in terms of amenities for a short trip. Curtis was very
flexible with pick up and return and thoroughly went over everything we
needed to know about the camper and made himself available if we needed any
help during our trip. I would highly recommend Curtis and his little Jayco
Kiwi to anyone looking to rent a small camper for a trip in the Reno area
