5.0Adam was great to work with. When I arrived, the camper was ready to go and leveled, with fancy camp chairs and a table set up outside. He had it all hooked up; I just needed to carry my things inside. Everything worked, and there were even extra heaters if we didn't want to use the camper heater, which was a little louder than the plug-in heater. I would say check your "To Bring List" against what is provided in the camper. For example, I couldn't find a coffee maker, but I didn't check to see if one was provided. And, in all fairness, I didn't reach out to Adam to ask because I was camping with family in other campers that had what I needed. All in all, great experience! I'd do it again!

1.0Unfortunately, when I arrived, there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the septic tank and it lasted into the night. I had to supply my own enzymes and close the traps to rid the smell. The air conditioner stopped working during 100 degree weather causing us to cut our vacation short. The owner had the nerve to tell me he had to have the air conditioner serviced because I left it on when I left but the air conditioner had already stopped working. I am fighting for fair compensation for the shortened trip. The owner said this was out of his hands and doesn’t feel responsible for refunding me what was lost, which was the non-refundable rental space, the rental, and the inconvenience of a ruined trip. .
