Things happen for a reason. I have been given a great gift and hopefully the start to something my kids can be proud of. Life has been more than difficult for the past few years for my children and I. The loss of their father was almost unbearable for us. But we had to keep moving on. I had to make some tough decisions. Renting out trailers and outher off road toys has been an wonderful and amazing adventure. This is how it started...My love for camping and the outdoors led me to purchase a beautiful 2017 Genesis Supreme 5th Wheel Toy Hauler. When I purchased the Genesis I never expected to be renting it out to anyone ever. Butl, things became financial more difficult, I realized I had to do something to help me bring in more money to take care of my three teenagers. So I thought about how I could do that, did I have something of value that I could use to supplement my income and help us save our home and feed us. I did, My Genesis. I have had great luck and met wonderful people over the past year. I have yet to be disappointed by anyone who I have rented to. And my trailer always comes back in great condition. So I decided to start investing in trailers, carrier trailers, boats, outdoor toys of all kinds, and vintage trailers, as well as, doing consignment for RV owners in less popular rental areas. So I created my business. Things in life aren't always easy but life doesn't have to break you, it can lead you in directions and to opportunities that you never thought existed. My personal spin on the RV rental company I have created is to put as many personal and warming touches as I can and make every rental a unique and relaxing experience for anyone and everyone I do business with. Please know that 100% of any profit goes into the direct support of my children who have been on the scariest roller coaster ride ever for the past few years. Do not climb onto roof or the exterior ladder for any reason.
Do not leave children unattended inside the trailer or on the patio when it is set up.
Please return trailer in the same condition as you took Ie: pick up after yourselves, sweep, mop, bathrooms, kitchen, refrigerator.

Bathroom, Kitchen, Bedding Package
A variety of bathroom necessities are included (shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes), Most kitchen supplies are included (pots, pans, electric skillet, eating utensils, cooking utensils, soup pot, colander, plastic bowls, storage containers, serving utensils, place settings, cups, coffee cup, Keurig Select, cutting boards, cutting knives, dish soap, sponge, dish towels, place mats, area rugs, some tools, hand soap, variety of cleaning supplies, dish drying rack, hot pads. Bedding for 4 beds which includes a comforters, blankets, top sheets, fitted sheets, and pillows and pillow cases are included. 2 beds have mattress protectors to ensure cleanliness, all included. Laundry is sanitized between each rental as is the entire interior of the unit to reduce and eliminate the possible spread of germs between renters and their families. We go above and beyond to keep you prepared and safe while you are relaxing on your trip. (Charges for lost or damaged items may be deducted from the deposit, replacement cost varies for each item).

This fee is to help cover some of the damages that are not visible and will appear later as a result of RV going to the Playa. The fee is $5000 of which I will refund up to $2000 back to you if the rv comes back DAMAGE FREE and IMMACULANTLY CLEAN inside and out.
