I can move it around myself by hand if need be to get it into a perfect spot. The trailer weighs 990 lbs.It has an 8’ box and attached jacks on one end, with tower jacks for the other. It is 16' end to end with the slide outs ends opened up.What's includedFor your added convenience it includes a Tassimo coffee maker, electric toaster and kettle, Coleman stove with propane, a 4’ x 8’ camping mat, tv table, 2 chairs, 20' extension cable, pots, pans, cups, plates, and cutlery, tarp, rope, marshmallow sticks and more.Also has a 15’ cable to plug in for power and a 8’ x 8’ awning. New mattresses 2016 and some new canvas and screens 2018.RecommendationsPlease only cook outside as I provide a Coleman stove and 1- 5 lbs green propane tank. Also I purchased new mattress covers in 2020 that are laundered between every booking. A pet is allowed in the trailer only at night and on the floor please. No pets on the bed or benches to respect others with allergies.Other things to noteThere is no smoking or cooking inside the trailer.
