(25 ft) RV that is in great condition and has everything you will need for an amazing adventure.Please note, I would prefer the renter to have some Truck/RV driving and operating experience, especially for dry camping. Full hook ups is much easier, and we will go over all of that.Local stationary rental (delivered) for extra space for friends and family available with reduced pricing. What's includedFull kitchen with cutting board, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, glasses, knives, blankets, and some linens/towels. The Stove oven and microwave all work. Air Fryer and coffee pot included.Outdoor stuff: 2 camping chairs, bike rack on request.RecommendationsIt is excellent for National and State Parks and is set up for boon-docking with new batteries. Checkout the Redwood trees in Santa Cruz, and down the coast to Pismo Beach. Other things to noteSpecial rates for local RV delivery for stationary rental. Great added space when friends and family visit.I love dogs, but no more than 2 dogs. And please clean all dog hair with provided vacuum, tool, and sticky tape. Please don't leave unattended unless you absolutely trust the dog.No smoking inside or near the RV. No cats, I'm allergic. I appreciate it!

I am pretty flexible about this. I can work with you on this depending on the dates. I would rather have it cleaned up and in order when returned.
