Awesome Forrest River R-Pod, has 1 Queen bed with memory foam mattress and a dining area that converts to an additional bed. Memory foam topper can be provided upon request. Full kitchen including sink, gas range, convection oven, electric kettle and all basic kitchen utensils included. Spacious shower, separate toilet and sink vanity area. There is also plenty of food and clothing/supply storage for a short trip. Heat and Hvac, TV with antenna.What's includedWe provide fresh linens/pillows, soap, electric tea kettle, iron skillet, pots, pans, utensils, seasonings, propane fire pit, 2 recliner chairs, full propane tank etc...Other things to noteWe ask that you bring the RV back in the same clean condition you received it in (inside and out). Both black/grey tanks need to be dumped and propane tank should be returned full. Absolutely No Smoking of any kind inside the RV! A cleaning fee of up to $250.00 may be applied. A cleaning fee of up to $150.00 may be applied if RV isn't returned in same clean condition as on your departure date (inside and out). Thank you.
