Step inside this beautiful motor home that features a rear bath, queen bed, overhead bed, and a large dinette that converts into a bed. You will find the queen bed and the dinette on a super slide. Above the cab you will find another bed. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer combo. The bathroom is very functional and includes a shower, toilet, and sink. The Thor is sitting on a Ford E350 chassis with a V-10 engine and an automatic transmission. This motorhome sleeps 6 comfortably.

Owner fees

  • Cleaning Fee is fully refundable if the unit is completely detailed and cleaned inside upon return. If unit is not cleaned or returned in the same condition as when checked out, the cleaning fee will not be reimbursed.

  • Our units will not be allowed at Burning Man under any circumstances. If our GPS shows the renter has breached our contract, the rental will be immediately repossessed at the renters expense and will forfeit the rental cost and the security deposit.

  • Pets are welcomed on your trip at no additional cost. However, if signs of pets are found such as pet hair, odors and/or pet damage, the basic cleaning fee does not cover a pet cleaning fee. The renter will be charged accordingly to remove pet hair, odors, etc on top of the $90 cleaning fee.

  • Please keep in mind we charge by the night. Pickup times are not guaranteed to be in the morning. We attempt to checkout units by noon, but if you wish to leave early morning on the day of your trip, we recommend you book one night prior to your trip departure. Return times are by 12pm noon, no exceptions.

  • Sanitation fee is used to sanitize rental of odors and bacteria.

Make sure you get a hand paper receipt I was told I would not be charged any additional fee management refused paper receipt I returned RV cleaned and I was still charged for cleaning fee. I had propane and gas level topped off at nearby gas station and I was told it was not. I was also charged an extra day for insurance and over charged in mileage. These people are dishonest and untrustworthy they nickel and dime you at the end and charge for not used services and priced product. Very upsetting I feel CHEATED

Dear Mona Lisa,
We would like to clarify some of the issues stated. First off, every customer is provided with a receipt automatically via email and a copy of the signed rental agreement if requested. Lets start by saying that there was deep Marijuana smell and Marijuana residue in the front cup holder upon return. We did not mention this to the renter to avoid confrontation. Fuel was not returned full as when checked out and we did not charge the customer either. The unit was not clean nor where there signs of an attempt to clean it. It was mentioned to the customer that the cleaning fee of $90, which is pre-charged would not be refunded. Customer was okay with that at check-in. Propane was topped off and therefor customer was not charged for propane. Customer failed to understand that you pay for insurance until the return date as it is driven on the return date, therefor she was not overcharged an additional day of insurance but charged until her return date of 5/25. Customer rented for 4 nights, received 600 free miles and returned with a total of 1,186 miles, therefor charged for 586 additional miles. Everything is outlined when you book, when you sign the rental agreement, and when you return. The fees and charges are clearly explained when the customer signs the rental agreement and upon return. We were contacted by Mona Lisa 2 days later and she became extremely verbally aggressive. She failed to understand the charges, failed to understand she was not charged for returning the fuel below level and that we allowed the Marijuana smell and residue slide to initially avoid confrontation. She contacted MBA(insurance) and was told that insurance is paid until the return date, which Mona Lisa disagrees and claims she should only by charged until the day prior of return. We strive to provide clean units and great customer service and we are sorry YOU were not happy and feel cheated even after our attempts.
