RecommendationsAlot of our guest want to save miles, gas an time. If they come from the Los Angeles area they usually park their vehicles in our gated lot and leave to their destination from here. Specially if they are heading to Joshua Tree, Arizona, Utah, Las Vegas, San Diego areas.Some of our favorite local campgrounds in the San Bernardino National Forest:Dogwood Campground, Silverwood Lake, Yucaipa Regional Park (great for kids), Skypark RV Resort, ect. Just ask and we will assist you in finidng the perfect campground!CAMPING TIPSAs a mom of 4 and after camping for over 18 years I try to preplan our meals so that I do not have to spend to much time cooking and prepping for every meal. I precut my vegetables, marinate my meats, ect. that way I can spend more time outside with my family. Do not forget the smore's!I also bring a empty laundry bag to put all the dirty clothes so that they are not scattered all over the RV. Remember this is like a tiny home on wheels it will get dirty quickly!Check the weather and bring only the clothes you need remeber space is limited. Do not forget your first aid kit and medications.Other things to noteNo smoking or vaping in RVPets welcome but must be potty trained and not allowed in furniture or sleeping areas. Maximum of 2 Pets and please make sure you pay the pet $50.00 each pet fee during check out. Never leave your dog unattended inside the RV.RV is full of gas when you depart and we expect it to be full when you return it.RV black and gray tank are empty before your trip. We expect them to be empty when you return them. If you would like for us to dump, service sanitize your toilet waster the fee will be $89.00 and you can pay in advance.This RV is designed to be on pavement and campsites. Can I pick up the RV the night before my trip?

Yes, Early pick up fee is $60.00 and you will have to pay for insurance for the day. (subject to availability and schedule) please speak to us if you would like to pick it up the night before to ensure we can accomodate your request. Pick is available after 5:00 pm and you also must have a secure place to park the RV!

Main bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) Overhead bunk can sleep 2 teens or 2 adults Couch converts into a bed (1 to 2 adults) Kitchen table converts into a bed (sleeps 2 kids or small adult depending on size) Bedding: We provide a fresh queen size mattress protector. You will bring pillows, linens, fitted sheet for queen size bed . If you plan on using the overhead bunk and converting the couch and kitchen table into beds please bring covers, pillow or sleeping bags

You have 2 slides in this RV which allows the RV to be more spacious when you arrive and set up your campsite. 1 slide is in the main bedroom 1 slide is in the living room and kitchen area TIP: Before letting the slides out please make sure you have enough space to let the slides out. Watch for trees and poles when you park the RV.
