NO Special License RequiredBrand new almost. 30.3 ACE is simply stunning! The entire family can travel in style and relax in extreme comfort. There is room for everyone and everything.This Motor Coach features: 2 slides, Queen bedroom with a TV and privacy door, Queen electric drop-down bed up front, Sofa sleeper, Dinette Bed. Stove top, Oven, Microwave, and a center bathroom with a second door from the living room. Center kitchen with hide away television.Exterior speakers and electric awnings. Automatic leveling, backup camera. Lots of storage space.The RV is expected to be returned in clean condition as received. An excess cleaning fee of $95/hr may be charged for removal of trash, stains, sand, mud, and pet hair.
Gas, Propane, and Fresh Water will be Full when you receive it and we expect them to be Full when it is returned, with dirty water tanks Empty. Remember to empty the tanks and refill water at your last RV park and keep toilet and water off-limits to avoid extra charges.

NO Towing, speed must be kept below 70mph. Travel itinerary must be provided.Please note that this is a rental vehicle and minor cosmetic wear and tear is imminent. If anything breaks during your rental, notify us immediately and do not attempt to make any repairs without our approval.Renter is responsible for all damages incurred during the rental period including damages due to improper clearance above or below unit. Canada or Mexico Travel is NOT Permitted. If we have to wait at our location more than 30 minutes after the arranged pick-up/drop-off time, you will be charged $30 every half hour. If returned more than one hour after scheduled return time, and we have another rental within 24 hours, a fee of $250.00 will be charged.If you are in a collision and it is your fault, insurance will cover the damages (up to their limits). If it is the other vehicle's driver's fault, you must get the insurance information and contact information of the other driver and take photographs of insurance cards, driver's licenses, and vehicle damage so we can hold the other driver's insurance responsible.
