We prefer to rent this RV as a set up upon delivery and we pick it up from the same location after use. The RV would not leave from the delivery location. Hard to find and popular bunk bed model. Easy leveling system. Two highly efficient air conditioning units. Comes complete with all power, water, and sewer hoses. Big center TV with DVD player above the driver and passenger seat. Another smaller TV located near the lower bunk. New stereo system with blue tooth, phone link for wireless calls, and navigation. New upholstery and stocked with all pots and pans, utensils, portable ice maker, clean linen and pillows. Comes with four beach chairs, three pop-up umbrellas (large, medium and small), two camping outdoor carpets. One stand alone collapsible propane BBQ is located in the storage area. One of the best features I personally like about the RV is the triple slide allows for a tremendous amount of room inside when the slides are out. The couch and dining table slide out to reveal a large bar area. The back bunkbeds and closet and the queen bed all slide out to allow for significant changing room.

Wife and I have previously owned a 24 foot Toy-hauler and decided to upgrade to an RV for the kids. We have an 18 year old and 9 year old who love going places in the RV. We traditionally stick around the San Diego County area beaches and KOA's in Temecula. We do spend a few weekends a year in the desert with motorcycles and quads. We do not have pets or smoke in the RV and we are the second owners of it. One of my favorite features of the RV is the wet bar.
