Communicative, flexible, and helpful
Sho is praised for quick responses, excellent communication, and flexibility, offering pre-trip video calls and accommodating last-minute requests.
Easy, comfortable driving experience
The 2020 Mercedes Sprinter Extended drives well, offers a very comfortable bed and kitchen basics. It's often clean and includes features like good airflow and mosquito nets. A generator was provided when electrics had an issue.

5.0What an amazing 1st experience using Outdoorsy! Sho’s camper van has everything you could possibly need to have a luxury camping experience. My fiancé & I took our pitbull to Mammoth Lakes for the weekend & had the best time enjoying nature. Sho was quick to respond, helpful, kind, and accommodating to our needs. Would absolutely rent this camper van again in the future.

5.0We had an amazing time staying in Juno on our trip to Joshua Tree National Park. It was the perfect balance between outdoor and indoor in the desert in August - great to be able to drive around to different spots during the day but then open it up and get a nice cool cross breeze at night. The attachable screen was such a great touch! Sho was so wonderfully communicative and friendly. Highly recommend overall!

Frequently asked questions
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Yes! Our team will reach out to you via Zoom a few days before your trip and go over all the systems. That way you'll be completely prepared when picking up the van! We will also reinforce anything you are not sure of in person during the van pickup.
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Let us know where you would like to pick up and drop off and we'll give you a custom rate! We are in the San Diego area and are willing to work with you!
Q.
Can the bed fit two people?
A.
Absolutely! The bed is a king sized bed and super comfortable for two people.
