Sleeps 2
20.75 ft. long

Welcome to our 2020 Roadtrek Zion Class-B motor home. This is a great van for couples or small families providing basic, home-style amenities while also giving you access to the great outdoors. A full wet bath complete with shower, toilet, and sink will provide for your hygiene needs after days in the wilderness. An outdoor shower is also included to wash off heavy mud and soil. Leave the sliding coach door open as you prepare meals on the two-burner propane stove (or the microwave) while taking in the view. There is ample storage space within the cabinets, slide-out pantry, and 5 cu-ft fridge/freezer, for food storage and personal belongings. Dine outside under the powered awning, or inside on the moveable dinette table. Setting up for nighttime is easy as the sofa converts to a king-sized bed, perfect for taller folks. Black-out screens are provided for privacy. A TV/DVD player is included for entertainment. There are numerous 12V/110V/USB power connections throughout to charge your devices. The A/C and furnace are easily controlled to provide comfortable temperature control within the van. The coach is powered by two lithium batteries that are charged by a 300 watt solar system or by the under-hood generator when the van is started up. The van has 37 gal fresh water, 14 gal grey water, and 9.6 gal black water capacity tanks. The grey/black tanks are easily dumped with the hose/macerater seweage dump system. The van itself is a V6, 6-speed automatic transmission with bluetooth/USB connections, swiveling seats, and comes with a back-up camera. Thank you for considering us as a rental option. It's a great van that will take good care of you on your next adventure! What's includedFully equipped with wet bath (shower/toilet/sink combo), outdoor shower, 5 seat belts, and a sofa that converts to king sized bed, perfect for those who are a little bit taller. Also included are a TV/DVD player, heater and A/C, relocatable dinette table (front and back), ventilation fan, propane stove, microwave, 5 cu-ft fridge, cabinets for storage space, 12V/110V/USB outlets for charging, powered awning, screen doors (side and back), privacy shutters/screens, swiveling front seats, and bluetooth/USB connections. The coach is powered by two lithium batteries, solar panels for a little extra charge to those batteries, an underhood generator for charging up the batteries with the engine, and a Volt Start feature that when setup, will start the engine in the event the coach battery voltage drops too low.Ready for full RV-site hookup (electrical cord, fresh water hose, sewer/macerator system). Comes with a 30-50 amp pigtail adaptor. Ready for boondocking with 37 gal fresh, 14 gal grey, and 9.6 gal black water tank capacities. The sewage system is equipped with a 12V macerator/pump and is very easy to use. Ten leveling blocks included. The Dodge RAM chassis is a V6, 6-speed automatic transmission. The van is 20' 9" long and 9' 5" high, so please keep that in mind as you maneuver tight spots or low overhangs. The doors have power steps that extend/retract automatically when the doors are open/shut (be mindful of the curb when parking parallel as the steps could hit the curb if too close).RecommendationsIf you're staying within the San Diego region, the Mount Laguna area and Anza Borrego State Park are within a couple hours east of here. Heading north, you'll find Palomar Mountain as well as the San Jacinto and Mt. Gorgonio areas. Idyllwild, on the south side of San Jacinto, is a pretty little mountain town only a couple hours north. Joshua Tree National Park is also a popular destination. For destinations beyond southern California, recommend sites all along highway 395 on the way to Lake Tahoe. How about a drive along the Pacific Coast Highway? Cachuma Lake and Jalama Beach in Santa Barbara County are spectacular. Know that you can explore our beautiful country in safety and comfort!Other things to note-No international travel (Mexico or Canada).
