We love Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear, some of the greatest camping and nature activities in the world only two hours away. San Bernardino County is the largest in the Western U.S., and offers everything from mountains and coastal campgrounds to desert badlands and oasis in Joshua Tree and Palm Springs/Palm Desert! The beaches are so amazing in SoCal you can literally just travel along the Pacific Coast Highway and stop from time to time, marveling at the power of God's creation. Want to check out the world's greatest stargazing? Head up north for a few hours and BAM! You are in Joshua Tree, looking at every star you never knew existed. You can even go crazy and take this bad boy up the coast to wine country, Yosemite, or even sleepy little getaways like Carmel-By-The-Sea. If you do go there, hit up La Playa on Sunday night for the 5 o'clock Happy Hour. Every drink is one dime for ten minutes. Shhhhhh.....you didn't hear it from us, it's considered a local secret. *Tailgating is fine but festivals of any kind are not allowed at this time.*** CAN NOT take to Death Valley and/or MexicoOther things to noteThe main question - pick up/return times! Pick up time (or delivery time) is 3pm, with a return time of 11am. If you have plans to leave a little earlier on your first day, we do offer an earlier drop off option for 11am (see add-ons for more details). No matter what, we want you to have an amazing time during your journey! Please remember that while you can happily bring your furry friends and attend your favorite game, right now you cannot attend any festivals or smoke in the vehicle, otherwise you will be charged according to the Rules of the Road. Please make sure you are tracking on all of the things that are approved and prohibited with this vehicle and most importantly, have an amazing time!! We want to see lots of pictures! :)

Review summary
Responsive, provides detailed video guides
Keegan and team are highly communicative and responsive, offering helpful how-to videos for RV operation and proactive check-ins. They are accommodating, though some noted issues with communication through third parties.
Drives smoothly and comfortably
Praised for its smooth driving, spacious interior, and comfort, the RV is often well-stocked. However, recent feedback indicates significant inconsistencies in condition, with some renters experiencing major mechanical failures, cleanliness issues, and visible repairs.

5.0The videos left out a few critical details, like the fridge doesn't work unless the RV is level. As a matter of fact, I couldn't find any information about the leveling system until I looked it up online. The Master switch by the bottom steps needs to be on once you plug into city power or are running on inverter or nothing comes on. The RV was otherwise pretty well maintained for a rental and the owners did buy a brand new coffee maker, so that was a plus.

1.0Unfortunately, this was one of the worst RV rental experiences I've had. The RV we picked up looked nothing like the listing photos. The condition of the RV was much worse than advertised, with visible duct tape repairs and multiple maintenance issues that should have been addressed before the rental. Throughout our trip, we experienced significant problems, including no working water, no functioning AC during 90+ degree weather, and battery issues that required us to purchase a replacement. We also had to coordinate repairs during our trip, including an oil change and replacement parts, which created additional stress and unexpected expenses. Communication was frustrating. The owner repeatedly directed us to communicate with an RV manager and through outside email addresses rather than handling issues directly through the platform. We spent a significant amount of time trying to get help while dealing with ongoing mechanical and operational problems. What should have been a fun trip turned into time spent troubleshooting, coordinating repairs, and dealing with basic systems that should have been working from the start. I would strongly encourage future renters to thoroughly inspect the RV before departure and verify that all systems are functioning properly.
