2022 Forest River Coachmen Cross Trail XL
This 2022 Coachmen Cross Trail is literally brand new! What I love about this RV is that it drives like a Sprinter, yet it sleeps 4 to 5 adults. It's 25 feet long, so it's super easy to drive and navigate. It has a Ford Transit Chassis with 3.5L Ecoboost Engine, 10-Speed Automatic Overdrive with Select Shift transmission. My Coachman Cross Trail is fully equipped with a Serta queen-size mattress, the dinette turns into a bed, with a sleeping area above the driving cab. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen with a brand-new Keurig K Mini Coffee maker with the coffee lovers single serve K cup pods. Tons of storage space all throughout the inside and outside the RV. This rig is also jam packed with high-end components. Side and backup cameras, Wi-Fi extender, solar panel power, a power generator. A 16-foot awning w/ LED Lights with an outdoor TV for family and friends to watch the game and barbecue. The RV also comes with a propane connector for an outdoor grill. Very easy electric, water and even a cable hook up. With super quick water heater and pump system. Your four-legged furry family members are absolutely welcome to join! There will be a $50 pet cleaning fee added to the RV cleaning fee. This brand-new RV has all the bells and whistles and is perfect for your adventures!

Utility batteries would not hold a charge; the 24/7 Roadside Assist could not assist within 40 hour window after first call for support.
Otherwise, noted only relatively minor discrepancies with equipment and operation. The unit was well outfitted.
Most significant safety items were the Backup Camera (was operational and stopped working during the trip); and the Right Side rearview mirror needs to be tilted down - could not find a way to adjust up/down.

Richard is a very gracious host, and the RV is FANTASTIC. We spent 6 days traveling up the California coast with it, and the RV was spacious, well-appointed, and easy to drive. With a giant tank, it also has incredible range (500+ miles without refueling!) We would ABSOLUTELY rent from Richard again!
