Oh Wow! Rentals - “New” 2021 Thor Motor Coach Sequence 20 L

We had an amazing time renting from OhWow. We had a smooth round trip to Idaho in the RV. Suzanne and Mike did a tutorial with us upon picking up the RV, which I highly recommend taking notes if you are new to van-life.
The RV had more than enough room for 2 adults, a dog and plenty of space for storage. Our big items that we brought included: 2 coolers, a water cooler, nespresso machine, and an air fryer. We stowed away our items into bins which stored easily into the overhead compartments and never fell out. One of the seat benches has storage as well.
The fridge worked well and kept really cold the entire time. We sat, rested, and ate comfortably when we needed to stop for breaks. The front seats swivel to face the rear and we used that when we stopped for breaks.
The RV has an easy to use app so that you can turn on lights, check tank levels, and start the generator. We also hooked up our apple TV into the RV and was able to watch TV in the back. There were also plenty of outlets and USB ports to recharge your tech items.
The seats were comfortable to drive in. I also brought a lumbar pillow to help with low back pain and that helped tremendously for the long drive. The front window offers a wide view and is easy to drive.
It was so convenient to be able to use the restroom and wash up within the vehicle. We visited the lake on our trip and used the exterior potable hose to wash down before getting back into the RV.
Suzanne did a great job in communicating with us prior to the trip. She was also available via text if we had any questions during our trip. She also provided us towels, utensils, cooking items, plates/bowls, tupperware, cleaning supplies,trash bins, and many more items in the RV for us to conveniently use.
We would definitely rent from them again. Looking forward to our next RV rental from OhWow.

Mike and Suzanne go above and beyond to make sure everything feels like home. We've rented vans and RVs all around the world. This was by far the best. Everywhere we pulled into a parking spot (or even at the gates to a national park!) this van was the envy of everybody we met on our epic roadtrip to the Tetons and Yellowstone. Thanks guys!

The begin, the van itself was in great condition. It ran flawlessly with no issues throughout my trip. It had everything I could have wanted out of a campervan.

Perhaps the most telling feature of Oh Wow! Rentals that separates them from other providers was the hosts themselves. Mike and Suzanne were beyond accommodating from the start. They were flexible in allowing me to go through the walkthrough a day earlier so I could get on the road early in the morning. They were flexible on my return time as well. They gave me (a first time campervan renter) a great overview of the vehicle and were always available while I was on my adventure to help me with any issues I may have had, which I never had due to the van's quality. It was comforting to have a great team backing me up.
