This family-friendly, adventure-ready Class B camper van comfortably seats and sleeps 4 with all the modern conveniences to make your trip an effortless adventure worthwhile. It includes a hot shower, cassette toilet, functional kitchen (fridge, gas stove, hot water sink, microwave), pop top sleeper, and queen sized murphy bed. It is surprisingly simple to drive and will easily fit in normal parking spaces!

Generous storage space for all your necessities and A/C for comfortable sun-soaked days and starry nights. Solar panels and a quiet gas generator offer a truly off the grid experience. Dr Pepper has upgraded sumo springs to comfortably explore the grand west coast, state and national parks, hiking trails, sandy beaches and relaxing campsites. All-terrain tires, spare tire & auxiliary lighting help ensure you safely make it to your destination unknown.

SNOW/ICE/OFF-ROAD
-Although Dr Pepper comes with all-terrain tires, spare, PIAA auxiliary light, and fog lights to help navigate inclement weather and gravel roads, it is not meant for heavy off-road / deep snow or severe ice conditions.
-Snow tire socks are available for additional traction to help navigate snowy roadways in a pinch, but this is a front wheel drive van, not 4WD.
-Please plan accordingly as mother nature has a way of proving us wrong.

Other things to note

-No music festivals (Burning Man, Coachella, etc) Forfeiture of security deposit if rule is broken
-No Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, etc) $500 fee if there is a smoking odor present
-GPS Enabled (Apple AirTag, GPS, or similar) $300 fee if the GPS is tampered with or taken offline

PICKUP
-Please allow at least 30 minutes for vehicle walk through. YouTube and the Winnebago Solis App shows how to use all the features in the van.
-Pick up time is 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. I have a full-time job so please let me know what time to pick up the van so I can plan accordingly.
-Delivery is available (Delivery fee is negotiable, used to offset Uber fee and time)
-You can leave your car in front of the house when picking up the van

DROP-OFF
-Please allow 30 minutes for rental return inspection
-Please no returns after 6:00 pm
-Return pickup is available (Drop-off fee is negotiable, used to offset Uber fee and time)

RETURN CONDITION:
-Please return "close" to the same cleanliness state upon pick up
-Dirt adventures in nature is acceptable
-However, FILTH is not acceptable
-$100 cleaning fee for excessive dirt/pet hair inside

-Please return with a full gas tank
-$125 fee if gas tank is not full upon return

-Please empty gray water tank before return
-Please empty Toilet Cassette before return
-$175 fee if Toilet Cassette is not empty upon return

-There are NO early vehicle return refunds so please plan ahead
