This is as good as new RV. The slide out on both sides makes it very roomy. It has a washing machine/tumble dryer. 3 TV sets inside one outside. Plenty storage room. This RV comes fully loaded. It's great for families getting away. The shower is larger than normal. Queen fixed bed is very comfy sleep very well. The 2 separate AC units work great.

Gas BBQ included and Bike rack if required 1 table and 4 outside chairs also included.
Recommendations
Its great for just getting away. Easy access to several great beach locations here in Texas.

No smoking RV.
