Big Al is a Ford Econoline E-350 (extended) that is ready for any adventure! Although it doesn't come with the amenities like an RV, it will get you to the places you want to go without the huge cost. This is a great alternative to a rental vehicle that is equipped with all the camping essentials that sleeps two.Big Al has a back-up camera but you must be comfortable driving a big rig with limited windows. The radio works great with Bluetooth and aux hookup. A/C and heat work great too! We recently installed a bed platform so is a huge space saver as you can putt all your gear and supplies under the bed. We take pride in our vehicles so this van is very mechanically sound and has brand new tires as of April 2022.
The van is equipped with an electric cooler and a 1000w inverter. The inverter is capable of charging phones, laptops and other devices. The inverter has the ability to charge the battery from 'shore power' which means you can plug it into a standard outlet and it will charge the battery (we will include an extension cord). If a switch is flipped, the car battery can also charge the house battery while driving. There are also strip lights that can change colors with a remote. We just installed a ceiling fan that is great to use when sleeping.
We can pickup at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, just choose it as an add on for the extra cost. No more than two people as it only has two seats. We want to be a 100% transparent so we have listed some of the cons:
The van is a little noisy on the inside when driving on the highway because its basically an empty shell.
The seatbelt light is on so the air bags do not currently work.
The slider door's lock sometimes works with the universal locking system... so just be double check it when locking the van.
The driver door doesn't open and close very smoothly, so you just need to be cautious when opening and closing it
There is roughly a 8in crack on the bottom of the windshield on the drivers side.

It was everything we hoped for! Instead of renting a vehicle and flying all of our camping gear out we eliminated almost all off the hassle by finding Big Al on outdoorsy! It was nice being able to completely lock our “tent” while we were at our concerts!!

Big Al was the perfect camping companion! We ventured from Florida to Seattle to pick up Big Al for our 2nd Labor-Dave weekend at The Gorge. Al took us all the way there and back with no worries at all! At The Gorge we set up the awning hanging one side with a sheet and the front with our 3 flags. It gave us great shade and privacy, our own camping loving room! He had everything we needed and more! Big Al has inspired us to create our own camper van, we can't imagine camping without one!

The van was amazing and perfectly outfitted. They let us use coolers and camping chairs, and everything was super easy to coordinate! Would definitely recommend.
