Meet Havenly:
Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and explore the outdoors in this fully loaded converted van. Our custom-built luxury van is designed for both comfort and convenience, on or off-grid. Included is a hot shower, cassette toilet, queen sized bed, sink and cookware, and coffee kit all packed into a Ram ProMaster that is easy to drive and park anywhere. We have 400 W Solar panels, 400 ah deep cycle batteries, and even a 30 amp shore power connection! We are so excited for you to experience the outdoors in style!
Kitchen:
Spacious pull-out refrigerator, 1 propane burner stove, bar size sink with hot/cold water, plus cabinets for all your storage. Plates, silverware, cups, bowls and cookware all included. For our coffee lovers, we have a French press/Kettle!
Dining Room:
The dining table breaks down and becomes the queen-sized bed at night. Use the table to enjoy your meals, enjoy a game night, or work remotely if you choose.
Bathroom:
We have a hot shower with shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The shower stands at 5'10" feet tall with a sliding door to keep the van clean. We can provide microfiber towels as an additional add on. We have a cassette toilet too! Must be fully emptied, cleaned, and rinsed upon return or a $275 fee will apply.
Bedroom:
When its time to sleep, breakdown the table or leave the bed in “sleep mode” all day. A queen size 6” memory foam cushioned bed with mattress topper makes you feel right at home. If it is chilly at night, the diesel heater will keep you warm with a click of a button. If you like to have air circulation at night, the two max air fans will keep you cool and circulate fresh air into the van.
Solar Power:
We have 400 Watts of solar on the rooftop to power the outlets and USB ports throughout the van allowing you to keep your devices fully charged. Do not use anything over 1500 Watts, such as hair dryers.

The main goal; have fun and escape from it all!Other things to noteCheck In/Check out times - check in time is 2 pm and check out time is noon, unless stated otherwise or agreed upon.INSTAGRAM WORTHY DESIGN – Our van will feel like home with our cozy, modern style. Try the glamping life with our tiny home on wheels. Follow us @havenlyescapesOur van was built for boondocking with a view. To go off-grid, we have 400 watts of Solar power, batteries that charge while you drive, 400 amp hours of deep cycle batteries, 30 amp Shore power connection, 20 gallons of fresh water, 18 gallons of grey water, and a cassette toilet.DRIVING:
Havenly is easy to drive and loves exploring new spaces. Because she is a van, she can fit into regular parking spaces and can maneuver around easily. Enjoy the stereo system and listen to your favorite tunes as you coast the shoreline.
OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS:
We love our van, but also recognize they come with limitations you may not be used to with vanlife. We highlight what you may not be used to with a campervan below:
1. Pack light! This is your chance to embrace minimalism. Pack with backpacks and duffle bags, not suitcases. We do have quite a bit of storage but you’d be surprised how quickly you fill it.
2. Tiny living, remember this is a van! The ceilings are 6’2” tall, the queen bed is about 5” shorter than a normal queen (but can fit a 6’0” sleeping straight just fine), the shower is 24” wide, 32” long, and 5’10” tall. Showering and going to the bathroom is a bit less comfortable than you are probably used to and if you’re taller than 6’0”, then you may need to sleep at an angle.
3. Keeping Clean: It’s a small space, but it gets dirtier much faster. Try to remove your shoes prior to entering the van to keep the floors clean.
4. Power and water: These items are essential. Although our van is built for off-grid, please be mindful of your electrical and water consumption. You will not be able to take 20 min showers (I know, I was bummed too), but a quick shower does the trick after a day of adventure. Do not use any appliances rated over 1500 watts (no hair dryers or blenders). Also, make sure to keep an eye on battery use/solar power levels.
Off-Road Policy:
We have a strict off-road policy. Authorized Driver(s) shall be permitted to drive on forest service roads and similar unpaved roads provided that: (1) Our vans are 2x4 and not intended, or allowed, to be used in a true off-road setting, heavily washed boarded roads, or overgrown trails that may result in scratch damage to our van. (2) If you are outside of the prescribed area, or are deemed to be on an non-approved road, all costs associated with towing, repair and damage to the van shall be borne by the renter.
***The Van is 20 min from SeaTac International Airport*Pick up is 2 pm/drop off is at noon
*No smoking - deposit will be forfeited if evidence of smoking in van is found

Meet your Host, Monica and Jenn
We are Seattle transplants originally from the Midwest. We love to explore the outdoors and got hooked on “vanlife” due to its comfort and ease of travel. There is nothing better than disconnecting from our busy schedules and heading into nature to explore the beautiful PNW. We are excited for you to try out our home away from home!
