Cancellations must be made via written request and must be received within 30 days of pick up for a refund. Cancellations made prior to 30 days will be fully refunded minus a $250 charge.
(November-April only)To help recoup costs for shorter rentals during the off season, we charge a one time $150 cleaning fee for rentals less than 6 nights. This fee will be removed after booking confirmation if your rental is longer than 6 nights.

FOR ADULTS: Don't want to travel with towels, pillows, sheets and sleeping blankets/bags? Let us supply them to you for the entire trip. We use high end linens (300+ thread count) and usually include RUMPL brand sleeping blankets (these are awesome). Towels, pillows and everything else.
We charge a bit less for linens for kiddos...just tell us how many there are.
