If you are not able to fill up the gas prior to returning the van, there will be a charge of $30 plus the cost of the gas to fill the tank.If there is excessive cleaning needed, there will be a minimum $200 fee added to any professional cleaning services needed. $100 per additional hour after 2 hours of cleaning. If professional services are required or additional airing out time is needed due to smoke or other odors, the entirety of your deposit will be forfeited in addition to any insurance claims filed as well.Lost key charge $250.
