Jared was very friendly and quickly responded to any queries/concerns. He carefully showed us around the vehicle and how to operate the van, including the water/waste, electrical and heating systems at pickup. Jared was also very responsive when we had engine problems and arranged to meet us to fix the battery/alternator problem we experienced. Unfortunately, we had to take it to the mechanical shop. Jared arranged for them to fix the problem on the same day and we were back on the road, but we lost the travel day. As described in other reviews, the van is an older model and did not have a rear camera. This makes it tricky when reversing into parking spots. Luckily, we had 2 people and one person could direct from the outside. The van was very functional and we enjoyed spending time travelling around. A few items could have been better - the drawers and cabinets would sometimes pop open during driving even though we locked them. It would've been nice to have a few additional hooks to hang towels, etc. We purchased a small kitchen knive and tea towel to dry the dishes. All in all - we really enjoyed travelling in the van.
