Our family of two adults and two teens had a great experience with this van rental! We opted to add the airport drop-off which worked great. Jim met us there and gave us a quick overview on how everything worked and all of the inclusions, so all we needed to pick up for the trip was our food and paper products. Our teens are tall, and they had plenty of leg room in the back seat, right next to the outlet so they could keep their devices charged. It was a pretty tight squeeze for them in the rooftoop tent, and while one probably could have fit underneath the bed in the van, he was happier sleeping in the small tent we brought. The van ran well, and was very reliable. The gas tank goes a surprising long way. Very easy to maneuver and park anywhere, and ran smoothly throughout our trip to the WA National Parks. We would happily rent one of Jim's vans again!

Jim was great and the sprinter van was very comfy, including the bed. Would def rent from Jim again!

The flexibility!

My husband and I had a great trip in Jim's van with our 2 kids! We did all the Washington National Parks and the van performed great. It was easy to drive and was quick to set up for sleeping at night. The rooftop tent was quick to pop down in the morning when we wanted to get to a trailhead early. It only rained once on our trip but the day it did we parked the van in the Mt. Rainier parking lot, swiveled the front chair and enjoyed hanging out together, playing games and having lunch until it stopped raining for our hike. Jim explained everything well to us and we had no problems and pick up and drop off were a breeze and allowed us to get going right away. We had an awesome experience, thanks Jim!

This was a last minute booking and the host was great and fast to work with. The bed was comfy and he had everything we needed. Van also drove great!
